Semiconductor temperature sensors
Our miniaturized, ultra-sensitive temperature sensors are based on semiconductor-technology. The sensors can be easily applied to any interface or device and interfaced to any electronics directly or within a quarter bridge circuit due to their high output signal. These sensors feature:
- High sensitivity (100 times a PT-100 element)
- Very fast response: 2 ms reaction time for 100 °C temperature change in water
- Linearity over a wide temperature range
- Any size, from 0.45 to 6 mm
- High resistance / ultra-low power consumption
- Stability and long life
- Strain insensitive
- Can be produced in any shape (bar, U, M, etc.)
