Ultrasensitive temperature sensors

Using our semiconductor miniaturized and ultra-sensitive temperature elements, we can build any type of temperature sensor with a sensitivity of 100 times a PT-100 standard sensor and far less power consumption. The semiconductor temperature elements can be easily applied to any interface, housing or device and combined to any electronics directly or within a quarter bridge circuit due to their high output signal.

They feature:

• High sensitivity (100 times a PT-100 element)
• Very fast response: ms reaction time for 100 °C temperature change in water
• Linearity over a wide temperature range
• Any size, from 0.45 – 6 mm
• High resistance / ultra-low power consumption
